Manodnya Sapre, Founder and Managing Partner
Manodnya Shashank Sapre is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, financial consultancy, fund raising, institutional banking and business management. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Capviora Global Capital Advisors, he brings extensive knowledge of financial markets, funding structures and commercial transactions, complemented by a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
Throughout his professional journey, he has been actively involved in arranging business finance, structuring debt facilities, evaluating funding proposals and coordinating with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and private investors. His experience encompasses working capital facilities, term loans, project finance, structured funding and investment-related transactions across diverse industries.
Having served as a Director of multiple companies, he possesses practical experience in governance, financial negotiations, credit administration, contractual arrangements and strategic business planning. His involvement in the pharmaceutical industry, international trade and commercial enterprises has further strengthened his understanding of operational challenges and institutional financing requirements.
His financial expertise is complemented by a strong legal background, enabling him to assess complex transactions with due consideration to contractual obligations, statutory compliance, commercial risks and the broader interests of businesses. At Capviora, he leads the firm's strategic direction, institutional relationships, business development and transaction management, drawing upon his professional experience to develop commercially viable funding strategies tailored to individual business requirements.
